What data we access

Collection Creator accesses the following data from your Shopify store:

• Product data: We read product tags, vendors, and product types to display them in the app. We do not store this data on our servers.
• Collection data: We read existing smart collections to show which ones already exist. We create new smart collections when you choose to do so.
• Session data: We store a minimal session token to keep you logged in while using the app.

What data we store

We only store session tokens required for authentication. We do not store any product data, customer data, or order data. All product scanning happens in real-time and nothing is saved to our servers.

Third-party sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer any of your store data to third parties.

GDPR compliance

Collection Creator fully supports Shopify mandatory GDPR webhooks:

• Customer data request: We do not store customer data, so there is nothing to report.
• Customer data erasure: We do not store customer data, so there is nothing to erase.
• Shop data erasure: When you uninstall the app, all session data is automatically deleted.

Data retention

Session data is retained only while the app is installed. Upon uninstallation, all data associated with your store is permanently deleted.
